Farfetch and Outlier reveal next cohort for Dream Assembly Base Camp

Luxury e-tailer Farfetch

Farfetch’s latest campaign

The seven companies picked for the programme will be “working to shape the future of Web3 luxury commerce” and were selected from over 260 applications from around the world. They are Decommerce, Me Protocol, Nettle, Solaire, Spin by Lablaco, and Wovn.

Decommerce enables brands to collaboratively create the future of commerce with their communities; The Me Protocol offers a blockchain infrastructure “that enables open, frictionless loyalty rewards to be exchanged across brands”; Nettle claims to be the next step in the evolution of digital pay and loyalty rewards; Solaire is building commerce infrastructure on Web3 to connect and automate the retail industry; Spin by Lablaco is a one-stop Web3 commerce enabler for fashion and culture; Wovn powers Web3 commerce for Creators, Enterprises and Brands; and Numbers Protocol is a blockchain solution offering transparent tracking, authentication, and provenance for digital media.

The start-ups will have direct access and support from a network of leading mentors from the fashion, technology and Web3 industries, as well as investors, in support of their future fundraising efforts.

The second Base Camp will be tailored to each start-up and will focus on luxury data infrastructure, community tools, digital fashion experience, self-representation and sustainability.

Last year, in its inaugural year, the Dream Assembly Base Camp programme chose eight start-ups from five different countries. The first programme covered topics including luxury commerce, token design & economics, product roadmap, NFT & community strategy, among others.
